Testimonials

Tommy did a brilliant job installing my new windows. From start to finish, he was reliable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and it's clear he takes great pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tommy to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled installer. Thank you for such a fantastic job!

Tommy replaced all the windows and doors in our house. Our upstairs windows were actually illegal as we wouldn't have been able to get out of them during an emergency. I was very worried because of this and Tommy kindly booked us in asap. Unbelievably he replaced our front door, patio doors, back door, garage door and all the windows in one weekend for an extremely reasonable price. We left Tommy our keys and went away for the weekend and returned to a transformed house! He did an amazing job. All the windows are so neat. The front door is superb and totally draft free. Tommy also cleaned and hoovered up after himself and left the house spotless. Two years on and we're still so happy with the work Tommy did. I couldn't recommend him enough.

We had a window that randomly popped before we went on holiday, we phoned up Tommy, he was able to come and measure up the same day, get the replacement ordered and delivered 3 days later. Bear in mind it was a bespoke double glazing with lead! He knew how to work on a window like a real professional, had all the right tools, and he also went above and beyond by cleaning both windows! I mean, if only you could find more tradesmen like this.

Outstanding work from Tommy – couldn't be happier! Tommy recently fitted new door windows and soffits for us, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, his work was professional, precise, and carried out with genuine care and attention to detail. He turned up exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently, and kept everything incredibly tidy – not always a given with building work! The finish on both the windows and the soffits is immaculate. You can tell Tommy takes real pride in his craft, and it shows in the quality of the final result. He also took the time to explain each stage of the process clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. Nothing was rushed, and he clearly knows his trade inside and out. The transformation to our home is brilliant – it looks smarter, feels more secure, and we've already had compliments from neighbours. Highly recommended to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and friendly service. Thanks again, Tommy – you've done a fantastic job!

I've used Tommy on two separate occasions and both of which he has been nothing short of a miracle worker! He replaced 2 huge windows in the upstairs bedrooms and I was so pleased with the fit itself and the effort to schedule it in quicker than the lead time - as one was hanging off the hinge! He is so polite, patient and very professional. I wouldn't use anyone else for windows going forward. Thanks Tommy!

I had all of my windows and a door replaced by Tommy's Windows. From the first phone call Tommy was easy to communicate with, and was throughout. The quote was fair, the work was carried out rapidly and to a high standard, and they left me with next to nothing to tidy up after they had finished. All in all a great job was done. So yes I would recommend.

Absolutely delighted with my new door but more than that, Tommy has been an absolute legend. Nothing was too much trouble and I wasn't the easiest of customers. Tommy and his team have been professional, friendly, and helpful throughout and the level of skill and care in fitting my door didn't go unnoticed. Thank you Tommy. If you're reading these reviews because you're considering a door from this company, do it! You'll not be disappointed.

Tommy went above and beyond to make sure the windows and doors were finished with the best aesthetic finish to them. Always a great job

Tommy has done 3 different jobs for us now - changed our back door, changed our front door & changed our kitchen window into French doors. Each time he has offered sound advice, turned up on time, carried out the work efficiently & always left the area clean & tidy. We would and indeed have recommended Tommy in a heartbeat.

TB Alterations came round extremely promptly when requested. They provided a very competitive quote and agreed to start the work within a fortnight. On arrival they tidied everything away to mitigate mess, then completed the work very quickly. It was exactly as we wanted and has transformed our kitchen.
