Tommy replaced all the windows and doors in our house. Our upstairs windows were actually illegal as we wouldn't have been able to get out of them during an emergency. I was very worried because of this and Tommy kindly booked us in asap. Unbelievably he replaced our front door, patio doors, back door, garage door and all the windows in one weekend for an extremely reasonable price. We left Tommy our keys and went away for the weekend and returned to a transformed house! He did an amazing job. All the windows are so neat. The front door is superb and totally draft free. Tommy also cleaned and hoovered up after himself and left the house spotless. Two years on and we're still so happy with the work Tommy did. I couldn't recommend him enough.

We had a window that randomly popped before we went on holiday, we phoned up Tommy, he was able to come and measure up the same day, get the replacement ordered and delivered 3 days later. Bear in mind it was a bespoke double glazing with lead! He knew how to work on a window like a real professional, had all the right tools, and he also went above and beyond by cleaning both windows! I mean, if only you could find more tradesmen like this.

I've used Tommy on two separate occasions and both of which he has been nothing short of a miracle worker! He replaced 2 huge windows in the upstairs bedrooms and I was so pleased with the fit itself and the effort to schedule it in quicker than the lead time - as one was hanging off the hinge! I had all of my windows and a door replaced by Tommy's Windows. From the first phone call Tommy was easy to communicate with, and was throughout. The quote was fair, the work was carried out rapidly and to a high standard, and they left me with next to nothing to tidy up after they had finished. All in all a great job was done. So yes I would recommend.

Tommy went above and beyond to make sure the windows and doors were finished with the best aesthetic finish to them. Very very happy with our windows and door to give a classy modern but still country cottage feel to the house. Would recommend anyone to use Tommy for window replacement or door replacement etc.

Tommy responded to our original contact very quickly. He was able to arrange a site visit within a week and the cat flap was installed a week later. Tommy is very courteous and very obliging. What a fabulous service, friendly, helpful, efficient, quick and a genuinely nice chap! The whole experience from first contact to installation of our Only Cat cat flap has been wonderful. Tommy even rehung our troublesome patio doors and fixed our bi-fold doors. What a star.

Tommy fitted a cat flap into my French door - new glass panel measured, ordered and fitted within the week. Cat flap installed and helped carry to storage the spare glass panel.
